We are currently looking for a new team member who will work as an ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR with the following qualifications: 

• University degree in a related field,
• Minimum ten years of experience in accounting; managerial level accounting, experience in a multinational company is a strong asset,
• Sound knowledge and hands-on practice in general accounting, cost accounting, tax law, and import-export processes, holding a CPA (SMMM) certificate is an asset,
• Knowledge of ERP is an advantage, excellent command of excel, good working knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Team management experience,
• Good communication skills, organized, self-disciplined,
• Organizational leadership skills across departments within the company,
• The ability to work with tight deadlines.

 Job Description :

• Responsible for the accuracy and timing of month-end closing operations and entries as well as coordinating the month ends and fiscal year-end processes,
• Manage, direct, and review periodically the work of the accounting team and monthly closing transactions as per general ledger postings,
• Responsible for the efficient and timely processing and recording of accounts payables and receivables, as well as all current accounts including employee accounts,
• Responsible for preparation of monthly closings, tax declarations, general accounting, processing all invoices,
• Ensures the full trial balance is accurately and timely managed, responsible for the statutory balance sheet and PL,
• Responsible for managing and supporting third-party relations with internal and external auditors, governmental and tax authorities,
• Ensures statutory and tax reporting are done accurately and timely using the required platforms defined by the government,
• Ensure full compliance with e-invoicing and e-ledger as defined by the authorities,
• Ensuring company accounting practices, policies, and procedures are in compliance with GAAP (TTK) and tax legislation,
• Ensures accounting processes are in line with the company’s internal control procedures (ICQs),
• Periodical and ad hoc reporting as related to his/her areas.
