Accounts Receivable Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related disciplines,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• 2-3 years of Accounts Receivable Management experience, 

• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• No military obligation for male candidates,

• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Following up the export collections and recording on SAP system,

• Preparing and sending bank orders about DAB/İBKB documents,

• Following up and reporting the overdue and undue receivables,

• Claiming the overdue receivables according to the trade credit insurance policy,

• Conducting trade receivable discounting process (choosing and assigning the invoices, following up the bank collections, calculating the interests, etc.),

• Handling Cash Flow process (realized and estimated export collections),

• Conducting account reconciliation of foreign customers and bank statements,

• Preparing the executive reports (overdue receivables, bad debts, customer performance, etc.).

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
