QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Electrical Electronics or Electronics and Communications
- Master’s degree would be an asset.
- Min. 5 years experience in managing technical projects in the automotive industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both verbal & written in English (German proficiency is a plus)
- Strong self-motivation, ability to promote new ideas, share them with the team and develop them further together
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to apply these skills into project management methodology.
- Ability to understand and improve cross-departmental processes in interdisciplinary teams
- Advanced office tools knowledge including MS Project or related programs and Office Applications.
- Customer, quality, process and result driven
- Strong documentation skills.
- Understand and evaluate competitive products.
- Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions,

Job Description:
- Creating, maintaining & communicating schedules & plans for the Automotive Systems
- Drive action with internal & cross functional teams to successfully complete projects within time & resource constraints
- Track project progress & report effectively on status, blockers & changes
- Develop & maintain effective communication channels to all stakeholders
- Track project costs & drive cost management improvement
- Develop systems & best practices for communication & change management
- Own product BOM accuracy & communication of changes between design, supply chain, and material planning
- Analyzing, compiling and defining (decide) market requirements (concerning trends, consumers, competitors, distribution)
- Develop, maintain, implement, and communicate project plans, business operation process.
- Plan, organize, monitor and oversee multiple business projects simultaneously.
- Collaborating with the product owner to clarify objectives, scope, project benefits and expectations.
- Provide leadership for teams by motivating team members to meet project goals
- Responsible for competitive market evaluation trends and strategic analysis.
- Interact with the OEM buyers and other OEM team members in order to reinforce the marketing strategies of the company
- Identify opportunities for new business and identify customer needs.
- Coordinate in time answers of RFQ’s coming from all OEM customers.
