QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Preferably have knowledge about Acoustic,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Prone to teamwork, open to communication,
• Having analytical and creative thinking,
• Open to innovation and development,
• Able to reside in Manisa / İzmir region,
• No travel restriction.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Taking part in R&D projects for new product development,
• Taking part in the acoustical design of the Dishwasher and commissioning it,
• Defining new acoustical components specifications based on Dishwasher project needs,
• Creating technical record documentations including 2D part drawings, design logs, design reviews and part definitions etc.,
• Cooperation with cross-functional departments as purchasing, production, quality, customer support and planning departments to ensure the new acoustical components project phases from sampling, verification tests, life tests to transition to serial production,
• Carrying out all kinds of dishwasher acoustic tests, measurements and approval studies,
• Carrying out quality improvements related to the field of work,
• Evaluating the problems in production and carrying out the necessary improvement studies,
• Examining and answering questions and feedback from customers related to the field, and conducting the product development process on these issues if there is any,
• Carrying out and coordinating studies in accordance with the approved project schedule in projects where s/he is assigned as a project leader,
• Monitoring closely technological and professional developments related to the task and investigating its applicability to continuously improve itself,
• Ensuring that the department’s activities are carried out in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001, Environment 14001 and ISO 50001 quality policy / quality targets and quality system,
• Analyzing competitors products and conducting benchmark in terms of job description.
