Financial Reporting & Audit Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics,
• Master’s Degree is a plus (preferably MBA),
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 4 years audit background,
• Sound and strong IFRS reporting and consolidation background,
• Experience in SAP financial modules,
• Experience in the implementation of financial reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, Cognos) is an asset,
• Excellent command of English (being able to communicate effectively in English), French and German are plus,
• Excellent analytical skills, high sense of communication skills,
• Perfectionist & low margin of error,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• No travel restriction.

  Job Description

• Preparing of quarterly stand alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in IFRS and CMB,
• Participating in the implementation of improvements to financial reporting process and SAP/BW systems,
• Acting as a coordinator between Information Technologies and other departments (esp. Finance&Accounting) for better organization of the reporting processes,
• Assisting international affiliates accounting departments with preparation of monthly financial statements i.e. balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements,
• Performing analytical review of financial statements,
• Managing external audit process and service levels,
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in reporting,
• Following up developments on IFRS and Group Accounting Policies.
