QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-ElectronicsEngineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Preferably experienced,

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Analytical thinker,

• Successful in creating practical solutions,

• Strong self-motivation,

• Knows-uses methods such as FMEA, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, SPC.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Ensuring that the materials arriving at the factory are checked according to the specified plan and instructions,

• Ensuring the tracking of materials with the goal of zero quality problems related to the supplier in the Assembly band,

• Ensuring that existing control plans are up to date according to needs,

• Making a supplier audit plan and conduct audits in coordination with the relevant units,

• Preparing, supervising and monitoring the development and efficiency activities of suppliers,

• Receiving corrective actions of faulty materials from suppliers from the relevant supplier and supervising these activities,

• Keeping up to date the activities of the department by following the developments in the sector.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
