Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Departments,preferable in Industrial Engineering). Business Administration and Statistics Bachelor's Degree is also acceptable,
• Masters degree is preferred in related areas,
• Experience in Quality Management minimum 5 years,
• Team leading experience is required,
• Knowledge about ManagementSystems : ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2018, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 29990,
• Quality documentation knowledge and able to use programs such as QDMS,
• Experience in strategic planning processes and knowledge about the methodologies such as SWOT, PESTEL is important,
• Strong communication and problem solving skills,
• Enthusiastic in searching for knowledge and learning,
• Knowledge and experience in EFQM Model is an asset and Assessor experience is preferred,
• Having 6 Sigma Green Belt certification is a valuable asset.

Job Description:

• Responsible for the continuity of our Quality Management Systems Certifications (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2018, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 29990,
• Building new quality management systems if it is required,
• Managing Quality System activities, such as internal audits, corrective and preventive actions, management review meetings, and performance reporting,
• Planning and organizing third party audits,
• Environmental Management activities such as waste management, consumptions, and leading projects within the scope of ESG sustainability frameworks,
• Planning and organizing strategic planning processes and workshops,
• Leading projects related with corporate strategies, KPI improvements and OKR (Objective and Key Results) topics,

• Reporting the strategic targets, results ofthe KPIs and analyzing the outcomes and planning improvement activities together with the other business units,
• Defining the processes, addressing to process owners and following the performance of the business processes,
• Coordinating and reporting the business plans of each department in line with the corporate strategies,
• Analyzing the strategic and process risks, planning risk preventive actions together with the other business units,
• Leading for all the activities and projects in the scope of EFQM Business Excellence Model,
• Conducting, reporting, analyzing and taking actions for shareholder surveys such as customers, employee, service partners, dealer, etc.,
• Leading 6 Sigma Green Belt projects,
• Taking actions to develop an innovative and continuous improvement culture by training programs and various awareness activities,

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
