QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Electronic Engineering,

• Master’s Degree is a plus,

• Able to read and interpret electrical projects and schemes,

• Able to collect electrical panels, have knowledge of wiring and electronic device assembly and equipment for the panel,

• Experienced in electrical panel and electrical installation maintenance, repair and testing,

• Knowledge of Discovery, progress payment, organization, planning and reporting processes,

• Knowledge of Low Voltage / Medium Voltage, Grounding, Lighting Systems, Energy Transmission-Distribution Lines,

• Having knowledge about PLC programming,

• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,

• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,

• Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

• Technically & action oriented,  strong interpersonal & communication skill,

• Experience in teamwork and leadership,

• Driving license (B), No restrictions on travel, especially internationally,

• Strong planning and organizational skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for colleague as production engineer for our company, which manufactures Battery, EVC, LED, Set Top Box  product types, and to be assigned for the following issues. The workplace will be at our subsidiary located in İzmir.

• Working actively in the production field,

• Conducting time and method studies and process, improvement studies, research / feasibility analysis / applications for the development of existing methods and technologies,

• Carrying out cost and business development focused efficiency projects in production processes,

• Analyzing the problems affecting the pace of production and solving these problems,

• Conducting the necessary machine design and machine programming to design and implement production line,

• Contributing to product development by collaborating with technical staff and related departments in DFM-DFA studies,

• Following up and managing company KPIs, reducing costs, improving quality or increasing order fulfillment performance,

• Analyzing the product and work flow and to carry out and follow up improvement studies.    

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations).
