Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture disciplines,

-Master's degree is a plus,

-Minimum 2 years experience in design and retailing,

-Material and production knowledge about promo products, furniture and construction,

-Competent in 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, MS Office (Excel,Word,PowerPoint) Programmes,

-Excellent command of written and verbal English (second language will be an asset),

-Result orientation with strong analytical thinking and team player,

-Fast learner, committed to personal development and growth, adaptable busy schedule,

-Having strong visual perspective, creative and self disciplined.

-Advanced observation and follow up skills,

-Strong coordination and communication skills,

-Adaptable to flexible working hours,

-No obstacle to travel, able to support stores wherever needed.

Job Description:

-Managing and designs planogram software,

-Ensuring compliance of in-store layouts with corporate standards and space optimization within the current concept,

-Providing and controls standards in in-store visual communication,

-Designing in-store shelf applications,

-Developing projects in terms of product presentation efficiency,

-Designing flagship projects and provides projects managed accurately,

-Managing and follows up new concept development projects,

-Ensuring reduction of design costs and manages budget,

-Ensuring that new merchandising design trends are followed and reflected in development projects,

-Executing project management of in-store design development requirements.

Eligible candidates will be invited to following processes: Tests (General Aptitude, English, Personality Inventory) and interviews (HR interview, technical interviews with line managers and Top Management evaluations)
