QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with Master’s Degree of Industrial Engineering,
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Production/Lean Management Engineer,
• Excellent command of written and verbal English ,
• Experience in working with the understanding of: Kaizen , 5S, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, Lean-6 Sigma,
• Critical observation skills, analytical skills, decision-making and management skills in critical conditions,
• Good communication skills and team member,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Programmes,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge,
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment,
• Will be able to reside in Izmir or Manisa,

• Drive culture of lean for the among service organization in order to help improve operational effectiveness and achievement of organizational goals defined by KPIs
• Apply specific tools and techniques of Lean Methodology (i.e. Visual Management, KPI, Kaizen, 5S, AM/PM, SMED, VSM etc.) during Workshops with operational teams in order to identify wastes and process improvements
• Knowledge of tools and systems like production monitoring, OEE, loss analysis and cost savings reporting
• Coordination of process improvements implementation
• Developing and tracking/reporting project results and provide feedback to the management
• Delivery of trainings of Lean Methodology to all level employees
• Actively support other lean initiatives/projects run in the organization with the lean knowledge and potential solutions
