Vestel Group Reporting Manager

Job Description:

• Managing the corporate financial reporting process, including preparation of quarterly, stand-alone / consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with IFRS and CMB Reporting Standards,
• Managing the group audit process (internal and external),
• Coordinating and assisting international affiliates accounting departments for the preparation of monthly financial statements i.e. balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements,
• Undertaking complex accounting assignments including recommendations to senior management for improvement of financial reporting processes and accounting policies. 
• Leading financial reporting projects, such as the implementation of changes in accounting standards and implementation of improvements to the financial reporting process and SAP/BW systems,
• Acting as a coordinator between Information Technologies and other departments (esp. Finance and Accounting) for better organization of the financial reporting processes,
• Performing analytical review of financial statements,
• Ensuring effective communication with other departments/group companies (both domestic and foreign) for collection of accurate and timely information to be used in financial reporting,
• Following up developments on IFRS and Group Accounting Policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Economics or related departments of a reputable university supported with accounting and finance degree will be a plus,
• 10 + years of experience in both Audit & Private Companies,
• Strong IFRS reporting and consolidation background,
• Experience in the implementation of financial reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, BPC) is an important asset,
• Fluency in written and spoken English.Dutch, French and Germanare plus,
• Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint),
• Experience in team management, demonstrate leadership ability to motivate, coordinate and implement,
• Strong analytical skills, high sense of communication skills,
• Strong time management, multi-task and execution skills with attention to detail,
• Improved problem-solving skills, result-oriented,
• Holding professional accounting qualificationCPA. (ACCAis a plus),
• No travel restriction, both local and abroad
