QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering
• Master’s degree or Ph.D. is a plus),
• Excellent command of written and verbal English,            
• Preferably experienced or junior (experienced candidates in related area will be prioritized),
• Able to reside in Manisa/İzmir region,
• Ability to project manage,
• Having self-confidence,
• Being a team player,
• Having strong communication skills,
• Having sense of responsibility and work discipline,
• Being open to learning and innovations,
• Knowledge of electromechanical components testing systems and tools is a plus,
• Experience and knowledge in component development with external suppliers is a plus,

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Cooperative electromechanical component development, verification and approval studies with foreign suppliers such as:BLDC/PMSM motor, universal motor, synchronous drain and circulation pumps, door locks, solenoid valves, asynchronous fan motors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors etc.,
• Defining new electromechanical componentsspecifications based on WM Project needs,
• Designing verification and approval process of washing machine electromechanicalcomponents,
• Testing and approval of washing machine electromechanical components according to Vestel specifications and IEC/EN standards,
• Cooperation with cross-functional departments as purchasing, production, quality, customer support and planning departments to ensure the new electromechanical components project phases from sampling, verification tests, life tests to transition to serial production,
• Analyzing competitors products and conducting benchmark in terms of job description,
• Creating technical record documentations including 2D part drawings, design logs, design reviews and part definitions etc.,
• Eager to be a part of a team and understanding emotions of other people.
