Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong focus of employer branding for our customers. The position will be based in Çayırova/Kocaeli.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good or general knowledge of the iron and steel business and refractory.  
• Good or excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to meet new people and quickly establish rapport 
• Be proficient using IT equipment and systems, particularly MS Office programmas
• Be a teamwork person, with a problem-solving characteristic
• Military obligation fulfilled
• Fluency in English
• Driving License is a must
• Experience in industrial field markets/product categories, with an engineering bias, therefore awarded a B.S. grade from University in Engineering preferably Metallurgical and Materials        
• At least 0-2 years’ experience in Refractory industry

• Responsible of sales activities in his/hers region, match financial criteria, namely turnover and trade profits targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contacts and key customers
• Project and trial management on site
  
• Education of clients in the correct use of products
  
• Resolve customer issues
  
• Reporting and market analysis
  
• Participate to trainings set by the company
