Qualifications: 

• University degree, ideally with Textile / Industry Engineering 
• Minimum 5 years experience in Textile on apparel products, 
• Preferably experience with supplier communication 
• Knowledge of product quality standards, textile materials, garment productions and compliance.Especially on tshirt, polo tshirt and sweatshirt 
• Excellent command of English, spoken and written 
• Ability to travel, 
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications, strong computer skills 
• Good communication and teamwork skills. 
• Analytical minded, 
• Well organized and self motivated 
• Flexibility with working hours 

Job Description: 

Reporting to Regional Sourcing Manager based in Izmir; 

• Follow up brand’s collections from the sampling stage till the end of the production 
• Work closely with product developers to develop prototypes 
• Work with vendors to identify issues with incoming products. 
• Advise vendors on best practices and methods to correct issues.
• Participate in quality assurance process.
• Checking samples, providing all information and technical details require 
• Set objectives and report on performance.
• Generate products and services from inception to commercialization for customers.
• Work with vendors and product development and sourcing teams to deliver quality products.
• Conduct periodic product risk analysis and optimize as needed.
• Ensure accurate price given 
• Ensure right product will be placed with right vendor 
• Visiting suppliers and manufacturers 
• Follow up PSR closely Follow up that, test procedures will be followed as required 
• Work close with QA team that Manuals will be followed at vendors
