Responsibilities

• Draft parts and components based on specification of requirements (SOR) along theProMaP workflow from the pre-development phase to SOP,

• Develop and implement innovative concepts in interdisciplinary teams,

• Draft robust serial parts and components considering tolerances and cost,

• Define guidelines and standards for internal and external parts and components,

• Document development results according to internal standards,

• Develop own professional skills ongoing according to the state of the technology,

• Avoid patent infringements,

• Participate in FMEA sessions,

• Define DVP specifications (templates).

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (Master, Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Engineer, Design Engineering or similar),

• At least 2 years related work experience,

• Knowledge in air springs and rubber materials, 

• Experience in linear and nonlinear FEA simulation system, 

• Experience in D-FMEA moderation, 

• Experience in Catia, NX, Inventor, and Autocad softwares, 

• Fluent English is a must.
