Responsibilities

• To assist the production manager in the semi finished production in accordance with the quality systems and demands of the company and its customers, in line with the plans made by the production planning,

• Follows up, controls and monitors development studies of all Factory 2 production KPIs,

• Responsible for recipe development with technology center,

• Responsible for the lean production standards of the Semi-Finished Product Production region,

• Supports the development and analysis of compound recipe in new project commissioning studies and quality problems,

• Provides continuous production of high quality Rubber and Calendered Cord fabric,

• Responsible for the correct management of all laboratory equipment and machinery,

• Taking an active role in the implementation of the APQP procedure,

• To organize the work flow in the production area where he is assigned, to draw the work flows,

• To transfer all kinds of reports and information about the project that is carried out to the project team,

• Supports all cost reduction projects in the area of responsibility,

• To monitor the execution of activities related to product identification and traceability,

• Supports all direct labor cost reduction activities in the area of responsibility,

• To make statistical studies related to production,

• Responsible for creating the most suitable HSE work area and assigning trained employees.

Qualifications

• University degree from Chemical Engineering or related departments,

• To have knowledge about Rubber Mixing / Calendering,

• Very good level of English,

• Knowing quality control processes, Quality systems such as ISO9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001,

• Good at MS Office Applications,

• Being analytical and To know project management methods.
