Supply Chain Team looking for a Material Planning Responsible!

Your contribution to the team includes;

The role will be responsible for both local and export material management and their planning. Therefore time management and tracking are the most important features. 

Other important responsibilities;Considering limited storage space for materials and making sure there’s adequate supply without over-ordering or wasting resources are the basic responsibilities. Another important mission will be controlling the local and import ordered materials with using kanban/electronic kanban-milk-run and STL/STS methods for the local suppliers, consignment stock controlling for the abroad suppliers.

Control and provide required updates to all export policies and procedures and coordinate to prepare appropriate propels and ensure compliance to all timeframes and design all work according to requirements.

Manage all communication with various groups for all export transactions and administer all international transportation.

Collaborate with customers and teams to evaluate all project requirements according to agreements and ensure compliance to all business and customer requirements and prepare appropriate proposals and document all requirements.

Manage and organize shipments for all classified and unclassified raw materials. Beside coordinating all related teams and managing processes according to custom legislations to provide project materials  on time.

Monthly inventory reporting, management of obsolete materials & claim process and creating & follow up purchase orders are other important steps of your role.

What do you need to be successful?

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics fields.

• 3-4 years experience in related functions.

• SAP knowledge on production and material modules.

• Knowledge about international trade laws.

• Attentive and accurate in execution of the tasks.

• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Collaborative, pro-active & cross-functional team player.
