Your contribution to the team includes;

Viessmann Manisa Team is looking for a new team-mate who can share his/her experience and know-how on solar vacuum tubes’ process and development. Correspondingly product development engineer manages design, prototyping, and testing of products to ensure they meet the guidelines for standards and functionality. This role involves tasks such as sampling materials for the final product, utilizing programs to create designs, and determining the process guidelines for optimum functionality.  

Main responsibilities are;

• Analyzing existing process for improvement

• Execute product tests and manage test results and associated data. 

• Support the continuous improvement of integration and testing processes, procedures/docs. and tools.

• Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products.

• Conceptualizing new product ideas by using 3D designing programs to design prototypes.

• Delivering product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team for production purposes.

What you’ll need to be successful?

• Bachelor degree in engineering field.

• 3 to 5 years experience in solar systems.

• Having knowledge of solar technologies & solar vacuum tubes.

• Experience in brazing methods.

• Material and process knowledge on glass.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for generating new ideas and solutions. 

• Innovative, collaborative, creative team player.
