Responsibilities

• Lead complex mobile app development to ensure optimal performance, responsiveness, and scalability for our courier-focused app.

• Utilize deep React Native and JavaScript expertise to build reusable components and libraries for future app improvements.

• Troubleshoot and debug, ensuring smooth functionality and an exceptional user experience on diverse mobile devices.

• Actively participate in code review sessions, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality and best practices are upheld.

• Collaborate in Agile development methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other team activities.
  
  

Qualifications

To join our team, we require:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

• Minimum 4+ years of mobile app development experience, with at least 3 years in React Native

• Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., MobX, Redux) for efficient data handling

• Expertise in addressing device-specific issues, ensuring a seamless cross-platform user experience

• Deep understanding of styled-components

• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

• Experience with Responsive Design for enhanced adaptability across various screens

• Strong knowledge of Git version control

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills for tackling complex challenges

• Good understanding of Agile Methodologies with Scrum

• Communication skills for both within the teams and cross-functional teams

• Proficiency in testing and debugging to ensure app robustness and reliability
  
  

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Zeplin, etc.

• Proficiency in technologies like Java, Kotlin, Objective C, or Swift to broaden platform compatibility

• Understanding of CI/CD principles for rapid and automated app updates

• Knowledge of native modules (bridge) for seamless integration of platform-specific features and enhancements
