General Qualifications

* Graduation from a related university department
* An advanced level of English
* At least 5 years work experience, preferably in Maritime Safety or Logistics industries
* SAP experience is preferable
* Advanced level in use of Office Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
* Excellent coordination, planning and follow up skills
* Able to work flexible working hours
* Energetic, responsible and hard-working
* Team Oriented
* Holding a valid driving licence
* Male candidates must have completed their military service
* Only applicants living on the Anatolian side of Istanbul will be considered. Preferably Tuzla, Pendik, Kartal, Maltepe, Kurtköy or  Ataşehir.

JOB DESCRIPTION

TASKS 

• Global Service Planning of Life-Saving appliances on board cargo vessels
• Creating service tasks in the Service Planning System
• Completing required documentation for each service business
• Follow up and invoicing of completed services according the customer’s contractual terms
• Notifying customers, on a monthly basis, of their upcoming service dates
• Attending customer visits with sales executives
• Creating Customer Service Planner reports and delivering them to the Service Manager
