We are looking for a dedicated and experienced colleague to join our dynamic Global Competence Center for Customer Service Planning in Istanbul, Turkey. This is a key position where you support our global customers by coordinating their equipment service with colleagues at VIKING service stations all over the world.

Where do you come in?
Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of what we do. Reporting to the Service Center Manager, your primary responsibilities will be:

·          Planning and managing service jobs for international customers

·          Communicating clear and concise planning and service updates to customers

·          Making sure all of the relevant data regarding the equipment and service meet requirements so that our customers experience     excellent support  

·          Following up and invoicing completed service jobs according to customer contracts

·          Notifying customers, on a monthly basis, of their upcoming service dates so they are prepared

·          Handling customer requests and possible service complaints

Since you will be working with international customers and colleagues you will need to be fluent in English.

In addition, you will need to have:

·       Excellent coordination, planning and follow up skills

·       Good working proficiency in MS Office Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·       Experience with SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement

·       Ability to work flexible working hours

On a personal level you are detail-oriented, responsible and have a positive attitude toward problem-solving. And of course, you are truly service minded in relation to customers and have a commercial mindset. Further, you thrive in a busy environment where cooperation is a must. So, you are, of course, a team player.
