Job Description

We are looking for experienced sales experts who will be in charge of customer relations and sales. Sales Experts play a crucial role in our business model as they are the first point of contact of our customers. Our goal is to raise managers/executives of the future.


What you’ll be doing

  • Answer or make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues before, during and after their holiday

  • Respond to customers efficiently and accurately, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

  • Optimize call center scripts

  • Build lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability

  • Understand and strive to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or relevant field

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales or customer support, preferably in tourism sector

  • Desire to build a career in sales & marketing field with global exposure

  • Eager to learn through experience

  • Professional proficiency in English and Turkish

  • Professional proficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, and Spanish is a plus

  • Proficiency in Word, Powerpoint and Excel

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Candidate

Bachelor’s(Student), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate)
