Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of foreign trade and logistics operations experience preferably,
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken is must,
• Having driving license. Being an active driver is a must.

Job Description:

• To follow up and report the Purchasing and Sales operations in accordance with the terms of the contract,
• Organizing truck, vessel (bulk and container) transportation,
• To carry out all operations related to import, export and transit transactions,
• To carry out domestic and international documentation processes,
• Ensuring the control, follow-up and delivery of the shipping documents to the customer or customs department within the minimum time period,
• To ensure that goods and services payments are made in coordination with the Finance unit in accordance with the terms of the contract and LC’s.
• To ensure internal and external coordination regarding all operations.
• To follow the developments about the relevant laws and regulations,
• Freight, demurrage, dispatch and commission invoices control and payment follow-up.
