QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the beauty industry, seeking an experienced and highly motivated Export Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our brand's presence and sales in international markets, leveraging their expertise to establish and nurture key relationships and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales in foreign markets and the ability to adapt to the diverse challenges of international sales.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve international sales targets.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, establishing a strong brand presence in key international markets.
  • Manage and expand relationships with distributors, agents, and clients abroad, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product development, to ensure alignment with international market demands and compliance with local regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into international sales performance and market opportunities.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote the brand and forge new business relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in FMCG, beauty, or fashion industries.
  • Demonstrated success in developing international markets and achieving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English. German language skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.
