We are searching for a highly motivated “Human Resources Generalist” for our Group HR Department in our İstanbul office.


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Sciences from reputable universities,

  • Minimum 5 years of construction and engineering sector based experience in Human Resources

  • High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks,

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,

  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office Applications,

  • Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges,

  • Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,

  • Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions,

  • For male candidates, military service must be completed.


  • Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects,

  • Providing support to employees in various HR related topics and resolve issues and problems,

  • Assisting talent acquisition and recuitment process,

  • Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives,

  • Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace

  • Following expats’ work permit and residence permit application, extension and cancellation process.

  • Following bureaucratic procedures with SGK, İşkur, Ministry of Labor and the other governmental institutions and preparing statutory reports,

  • Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and preparing monthly and quarterly manpower and progress reports,

  • Supporting team on determining training needs, preparing yearly training plan, organizing training programs,

  • Assisting development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,

  • Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form,

  • Keeping track of the updates in legislation and labor law.
