We are seeking a highly motivated “HR Generalist” for our Group HR Department in our Istanbul office. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Social Sciences from reputable universities,
• Minimum 4 years of construction and engineering sector based experience in payroll, personnel affairs social security, 
• Good knowledge of social security incentives, 
• High standards of accuracy, being proficient at working to tight deadlines and under pressure, and be able to prioritize tasks, 
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, 
• Solid experience in payroll calculation and management is a must, 
• Self-disciplined, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn and to take on new challenges, 
• Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills, 
• Being flexible in working hours and have no travel restrictions, 
• For male candidates, military service must be completed. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Preparing and controlling monthly payroll of employees at head office and site offices, 
• Preparing the required reports related to personal affairs and payroll processes, 
• Having active role on all HR functions, such as performance management, learning & development and organizational development projects and operations. 
• Maintaining employee files and records in electronic and paper form, 
• Providing support to employees in various payroll and personnel affairs related topics and resolve issues and problems, 
• Following-up and controlling legal social security transactions & declarations, 
• Making necessary correspondence with related government authorities and following bureaucratic procedures with SGK, İşkur, Ministry of Labor and the other governmental institutions and preparing statutory reports, 
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics and preparing monthly and quarterly reports, 
• Keeping track of the updates in legislation and labor law, 
• Executing expats’ work permit and residence permit application, extension and cancellation process.
