JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Checking the scope of work according to the contracts and determining the job steps.

·        Organizing the project kick-off and planning meeting and providing coordination between finance, sales, manufacturing, and quality departments.

·        Preparing project schedule as per customer requests and following the schedule.

·        Notifying the situations that are out of the schedule and taking precautions about them.

·        Follow-up the commercial cycle of the project, coordination of warranty letters, invoicing, claims and warranty bonds.

·        Following and carrying out the mailings with customers, keeping records about the changes.

·        Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and submitting them to the customers.

·        Budget control of the project expenses, checking the material purchase quotations against the project budget.

·        Preparing purchase requests for material needs and following due delivery dates of the materials.

·        Ensuring the compliance and completeness of the incoming materials.

·        Notifying the customers about the works out of the contractual scope, coordination of invoicing for additional scope, materials and works.

·        Coordination between logistics and finance with the customer contacts in accordance with customer requirements.

·        Evaluating the supply chain and make necessary mitigations.

·        Reporting KPI of the project in the meaning of budget and delivery performance.

PERSONNAL CHARACTERISTICS  

·        Good on follow-up (following the mails, notifications and communications timely, participating into the meetings and taking notes in an organized manner, expediting the pending works both internally and externally)

·        Meticulous and careful (response with precise details, learning the issues that are unclear, eager to research)

·        Good business approach and result-oriented, having both technical and commercial mindset

·        Being polite and having a good communication skills

·        Thinking multi-directional, having an ability for planning and self-organized

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

·        Advanced level on English, both verbal and written (interviews will be in English and both speaking and writing ability will be measured)

·        Having a basic knowledge on welding, manufacturing methods and machining

·        Having at least 5 years of experience with similar role in metalworking industry

·        Having an experience of working with international customers

·        Having a knowledge about metallic materials with different quality grades and production forms such as plates, flanges, pipes, forgings etc.

·        Having a strong knowledge on MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project (or Primavera)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

·        Having bachelor’s degree on 4-years programmes of one of these departments: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Metallurgy and Materials Engineering

·        Preferably, having a supplementary education or certification programme on Project Management, Budget Management, Time and Schedule Management, Supply Chain Management
