QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities:

Talent Selection and Recruitment

  • To develop employer Brand for attracting talented and productive employees to the company.
  • Developing and implementing sourcing strategies based on business needs and benchmark, Plan the recruitment, employee orientation, onboarding / offboarding processes.
  • Responsible for the introduction, training, and deployment of senior management personnel of the company 

Compensation& Evaluation

  • Lead and grow talent team to meet the company’s growth targets.
  • Coordinate the annual pay increase process and associated compensation communication, participate in evolution of compensation, bonus, commissions, and incentive programs.
  • Creating and managing performance management processes. 

Compliance, Reporting & Budgeting

  • to maintain HR legal requirements and best practices, and make relevant policy recommendations to ensure compliance, set up the HR policies and procedures.
  • Management of trade union relations and labor, to follow the necessary measures regarding occupational health and safety issues.
  • Annual HR planning and budget planning, to ensure the implementation.

Organization Development and company culture construction

  • Manages organizational development (OD) strategies and processes, assesses OD needs of operating, business, and functional units.
  • Provide timely suggestions to the company's senior decision-makers on human resource strategies and organizational construction, and promptly handle major human resource management issues in the company's management process.
  • Corporate culture promotion, team building and other related work.

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree above, major in Human resources, Psychological, Economy.Prefer MBA.
  • Strong experience and capabilities of relationship management with all stakeholders.
  • At least 4-5 years experiences as HR manager, the management scale is more than 30 people, and the department structure is complete with 3 floors and above.
  • Good knowledge in labor laws and current legislation. Will be able to carry out legal processes with official institutions and organizations. Experienced in ensuring the systematic progress of legal processes in the field of personnel and payroll.
  • Strong leadership skills, team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Good level of communication skills by staying approachable and responsive resource has ability to connect with employees at all levels.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Experience in Compensation & Benefits management & personnel costs and budget management.

  • Able to balance labor conflicts for enterprises
  • Have a good sense of information confidentiality
  • Effectively assist in the integration of Asian corporate culture and local culture
