E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an e-commerce specialist who will join the international marketing team of Vizyon Deri’s brand, VSP. The desired candidate will work on the entire range of e-commerce activities of our brand with the initial focus being on managing listings, optimizing product visibility, researching new opportunities, analyzing data and growing marketplace opportunities. The office is based in Güngoren Istanbul.

The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years’ experience selling on marketplaces (Preferably in fashion or apparel industry). The Specialist will drive key initiatives for our own e-store as well as the international marketplace channels, collaborating with internal teams to drive innovation whilst developing & streamlining e-commerce processes to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

·         Plan and control of e-commerce and sub-projects

·         Develop presence on European fashion marketplaces with focus on German speaking countries

·         Work in corporation with marketing to manage and ensure naming, photography, descriptions, and attributes are optimized and consistent across sites to take advantage of each marketplaces’ unique offerings (A+ content, search engine optimization, ad campaigns and more)

·         Tracking campaigns to meet key online marketplace KPI goals including revenue and ROI.

·         Set promotion and marketing targets for each marketplace and be responsible for executing the plan. Ensure our ROAS is in line with plan and continually improving.

·         Audit live listings and troubleshoot products to ensure all SKUs designated to channels are live without issues

·         Perform regular site analysis and make recommendations to accounts to maximize conversion, sales, and representation of our brand

·         Monitor and measure channel performance - providing weekly and monthly reporting, and recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

·         Analyze customer segments and optimize customers' shopping experience

·         Support marketing needs for all online sales and e-Marketplace channels including working collaboratively with Marketing, Merchandising and to develop marketing cadence and campaigns, videos and images.

·         Project manage new channel integrations (mainly marketplaces) from beginning to end, ensuring deadlines are met & process and decisions are documented

Qualifications:

·         E-commerce expertise, preferably experience in marketing fashion via e-store, international online platforms and marketplaces

·         Interest in fashion and enthusiasm about digital topics and trends

·         Fluency in English and preferably in German

·         High proficiency in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)

·         Experience in dealing with multichannel systems and ideally having already worked with systems like Channel Advisor, Tradebyte etc

·         Problem solving and analytical skills

·         Strong organizational, communication and follow-up skills

·         High level of collaboration and ability to work in and with cross functional teams
