QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Call Center Customers Representative, who will be able to be a part of a team who is leading Turkey’s Digital Transfomation with high responsibility and high performance.

The accountabilities of this role are:

  • Serving consumer customers both in English and Turkish 
  • To listen and to support the customers calls 
  • Issues follow-up calls to consumers, ensures satisfactory support  
  • To make the right analiyse of the call and to transfer the call to the right department, if necessary 
  • Being always updated about the products and services knowladge 
  • To promote and to sale the products and services if neccessary
