QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Customer Services Operational System Excellence Executive with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Customer Services Operational System Improvement Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 

The accountabilities of this role are:

·        Analyze areas for improvement for agent and agent toolsa development. 

·        Design and develop agent desktop tool in coordination with Agile teams.

·        Provide feed back and ensures ımprovement of agent information sharing systems.

·         Increase the agent efficiency by defining  system improvements/

·        Set up meetings with the operations on a regular base to gain input.

·        Sectoral research towards (automatization) processes to define which one works the best for Vodafone
