QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Customer Services Planning & Monitoring Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting  Realtime Monitoring Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.
 
The accountabilities of this role are:
  • Following up the trends and news of local and international Call Center, making forecasts, analysis and reports of inbound and outbound calls, call contents and all the other Call Center’s traffics
  • Monitors  Contact Center Workload , skillsets , self care channels  and digital channels
  • Root cause analysis by using analytics tools (call increase reasons , repeat call , low service level )
  • Generating alarms for taking precautions
  • Tracking Service Level – AHT – staff deviation , etc. main KPI 
  • Analyzing intraday system problems and calculating what effect on Service KPIs
  • Taking short-mid-long term precautions in terms  of under/overstaffing
  • Optimize agent utilization and control operational costs.
  • Forecasting call volume of campaigns and sales related subscriber trends
  • Come up with new ideas, look for opportunities proactively to develop further improvements.

  • Graduate from Business Administration , Industrial Engineering , Economics or MIS
  • At least 2  years  experience
  • Excellent Comment English
  • Excellent command in MS Office Programs (sql and Excel VBA  knowledge is an asset)
  • A good knowledge of research is must
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation

Preferred Candidate

Less than 2 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student), Doctorate(Graduate)
