We are seeking a Field Operations Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  Field Operation Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Manage vendors monthly/weekly activities
• Manage site rollout process
• Check H&S implementations  
• Set SLA/KPI targets for RSP
• Control and manage rollout and revision invoicing process
• Take actions to improve site managing process quality
• Lessons learnt improvements, 
• Work with central support units to modify standards and directives
• Prepare weekly/monthly/annual whole regional operations
• Prepare presentations for management and meetings 
• Monitor Rollout and revision progress reports and share with other departments

Qualifications:

• Reporting financial and technical region site process
• Coordination and collobration within stakeholders
• Min 2 years experience
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Communicate with legal authorities on site problems and solutions
• Work under strict timelines
• Having strong knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Having strong ability about to follow up end to end process
• Flexible work hours
• Good command of English
• Graduated from engineering faculties
