QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Vodafone, one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, has mobile operations in 26 countries (partnering with mobile networks in 55 more) and fixed broadband operations in 17 markets, serving 446 million mobile customers and 12 million fixed broadband customers around the world. Vodafone is strongly committed to invest in the Turkish Market, where the company has been operating with great success since 2006. We need committed, open, energetic and innovative interns who bring value to our organization. We are seeking for high potential candidates with qualifications/ requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master degree student (Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in Engineering, Business
  • Administration, or Economics is preferred)
  • Able to work 3 or 4 days a week, 6-11 months availability
  •  Great knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication, influencing, analytical (incl. problem structuring and numeracy) skills with a strong motivation to learn and grow 
  •  Excellent English communication skills 
  • Ability to communicate and explain complex ideas concisely, on paper and in words • Flexible attitude towards different cultures and situations • Well organized and structured working style
  • Hardworking, dedicated personality and take initiatives In addition to desired characteristics, you will be expected to contribute to: 
  • Organization model review, design and development studies: support analysis to review as is organization structure, execution of certain analysis and benchmarking studies, definition of roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.
  • Organizational effectiveness studies aiming to identify organizational needs and improvement areas via periodic analysis and monitoring of OE metrics. 
  • Company wide and HR wide informative factsheets 
  • Monthly actual and budget FTE followup working closely with HRBPs
