Project Management Specialist - Ankara

We are seeking a Project Management Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  VBU Project Management Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Delivery Management & Planning 
• Owning and reporting the consolidated list of all steps/phases of assigned SME Projects 
• Planning of various projects (i.e. Determining the resource requirements, allocating the available resources, determining the timeframe) in coordination with all related parties i.e. presales, installation and planning teams. 
• Accountable for preparing committed planning for the projects which are E2E plan for the technical side and showing the committed date for the technical delivery. 
• Create Project Plan and update the plan periodically based on the project status update. 
• Project & Program Management 
• Single accountable to manage E2E project within agreed time, scope and cost. 
• Identifying required resources, defining and assigning major project roles. 
• Coordinating activities and tasks among project team members, customer, other internal departments and vendor organizations. 
• Managing the overall schedule for the project to ensure work is assigned and completed on time and within budget (i.e. creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements). 
• Proactively managing scope to ensure that only agreed scope is delivered, unless changes are approved through scope management process. 
• Ensuring that the solution is of acceptable quality.   
• Ensuring necessary reporting of projects to stakeholders. 
• Manages project risks, issues/problems, and activity progress to ensure project goals (e.g., deadline, scope and quality) are achieved. 
• Process Management and KPIs: 
• Effectively apply project methodology and enforces project standards. 
• Define Project Plan Drafts and related Status Update Reports for the proper communication with the customer
• Reporting  
• Provide project status report including achievements, plan, risks & issues and mitigation actions to Customer and relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Prepare project launch announcement reports and share with Customer and related managers.

• Working knowledge of Telecom/GSM/Fixed/IT concepts and understanding of solutions/products in telecom/IT space
• Drive all related parties within EcoSystem to deliver the project on time with committed KPI’s
• Documentation for Project Management and Reporting
• Good written and oral communications
• Negotiation and problem solving skills
• 2+ years of related background
• Preferred Qualifications
• Demonstrable project management/coordination experience in a market driven environment
• Experience in fix access infrastructure, data center, voice and value-added service installation projects over fix / mobile infrastructure 
• Wide Area Network, Audio Technologies, Data Center, server systems, System Integration, Virtualization, security, data storage, Backup, Cloud Services knowledge
