RAN Investment Senior Specialist

We are seeking a RAN Investment Senior Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to  RAN Investment Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

• Responsible from design of 2G/3G/4G Radio Access Network. Plan the RAN Investment requirements to improve the coverage of the network, through analysis of the network performance, forecasts, trends, field results, churn, customer complaints, cost efficiency

• Provide coverage footprint of radio network  and ensure all plans and dimensions done according to commercial/business requirements, rollout plan

• Develop and manage coverage requirements within the context of Vodafone Global and Local strategy. Reporting coverage oblgations to BTK.

• Prepare future plans, designs, specifications and make strategic RAN recommendations.

• Analyse the impact of the marketing campaigns on the network, recommend changes, plan necessary investments in beforehand

• Plan, manage and acquire planning tools, licences, software features define the needs for new technologies. Adapt the new tool and techniques, create standards for use within Vodafone Turkey

• To prepare future plans, designs, traffic forecast, specifications and other information.

• To have knowledge on major vendors’ hardware specifications and strong knowledge on Atoll, Mapinfo and database.

• Graduated from Electronics and Telecommunication engineering departments

• 2+ years of mobile technology experience.

• Fluent in English.

• Strong atoll / mapinfo / database / sql / excel macro skills.
