İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking a Sales Executive - Aegean with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Vodafone at Home Sales Manager of Vodafone Turkey.
- Is responsible for ensuring the managers and their respective sales markets meet and exceed all sales, operational and performance objectives by providing training, development and coaching.
- Is also responsible for recruiting, training, evaluating and supervising the managers and maintaining appropriate staffing levels to achieve the goals
- Sets the sales strategies within the assigned territory in line with company sales and overall strategies.
- To implement the sales strategies
- Planning, budgeting, analysis to set the targets and objectives within the assigned territory
- To support the people to meet and exceed company goals and their respective objectives
- To watch market trends to find alternative ways to increase market share and revenue
- To develop and maintain enviable sales distribution channel
- To have a spread penetration within the assigned territory
- To implement company sales strategies
- To analysis and develop the sales process
- To set and conduct sales meetings
- To watch market trends and competition to develop business solutions
- To collaborate with internal departments
- To analysis the customer changing demands and respond as much as quick to catch market trends
- To be ensure that all the touch-points are qualified
- Relations with kingpins within the region
