QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Customer Services Operational Improvement User Access Specialist with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to   Custumer Services Operations System Improvement Manager of  Vodafone Turkey.

The accountabilities of this role are:

  • Prepare the reports related to Cops Mobile KPIs and create partner management dashboard
  • Create adhoc reports as requested by management
  • Prepare monthly management reports correctly and on time
  • Collect data needed for analysis
  • Perform basic statistical analyses for projects and reports 
  • Assess and recommend visualization tools.
  • Run sql queries or use BO to collect requested data. 
  • Run adhoc customer and channel analysis for the innovate ideas based on insights, 
  • Get authorization for new agents
  • Updating existing authorities
  • Communicating with IT during system problems

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least  3years  of experience,
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
  • Excellent command in MS Office Programs especially in Excel 
  • Strong ability in reporting and  analysing
  • Proactive, result oriented
  • Strong communication skill
  • No military obligation for male candidates
