QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Quality Control Specialist - Fixed with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Fixed Customer Service Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 

The accountabilities of this role are:

  • Turkey's leader Vodafone call center in its structure, measuring the call center service quality processes, monitoring, regulation of the feedback report
  • We are looking for Quality Control Experts who are experienced, careful, observable and capable to work in our Quality Control Group who will be responsible for resting calls, measuring compliance level of quality of service, checking quality of entered records.
  • Develop and implement special Customer operation activities to meet the KPI target.
  • Monitoring partner performance and reporting to management . 
  • Supervisory development of tactics and offers to ıncrease success ratio of customer operations . 
  • Analyze and actively supervıse quality of outsource operations.

  • Internmediate English must be
