QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

- Experience in interactive web design experience and management of research tools and methodology is an asset
- Understanding of front-end programming, responsive UI design
- Knowledge of web / app analytics is an asset
- Knowledge of content and web development (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and similar technologies will be valued
- Knowledge / Experience of agile methodologies of digital project management robust decisions is an asset
- University degree
- Highly experience in Customer Services organizations
- Strong leadership qualities
- Knowledge and experience on digital assets is an asset
- Proven project management and change management ability
İŞ TANIMI
We are seeking an UX-Lead with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting to Head of Digital Assets of Vodafone Turkey.
- Developing wireframes, protptypes and task flows based on user needs
- Collaborating with Designers and Developers to create intuitive, user-friendly UI experienc
- Mapping customer journeys and leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to analyse user behaviour at various stages of the customer/user decision making process
- Conduct concept and usability testing (A/B tests using online tool) and gather feedback, create personas through user research and data
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability), communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Work in harmony with agile practices

3 - 7 years of experience
