GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering, Electrical Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering departments,
• At least 8 years of experience in export, including 2 years as a manager,
• Proficient in English,
• To be able to carry out export transactions in accordance with the legislation,
• Being open to development and change,
• Having the competencies to achieve together, customer focus and analytical thinking,
• Successful in developing business relations and environment,
• Effective communication and persuasion skills,
• Experienced in employee management and team leadership,
• Will be able to take the role of vision and change leadership,
• For male candidates, we are looking for a colleague who does not have military obligations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Developing plans and strategies to achieve the export sales target,
• To conduct new customer and new market research, to include potentials in our portfolio,
• Coordinating the flow between customers, sales and production,
• Improving the processes of receiving proposal requests from customers, preparing proposals and requesting proposals,
• Evaluating and responding to special product requests,
• Always keeping in touch with foreign customers and making technical visits,
• Participating in domestic and international fairs,
• Participating in dealer meetings and company visits of dealers,
• Developing solutions for customer complaints,
• Managing and reporting sales orders,
• To direct and supervise the team for the smooth progress of the shipment, loading and customs processes of the products and the timely and complete collection of the related payments.
