Volvo Group Group Trucks Operations, located in Tuzla, is looking for a Service Center Specialist with the below requirements.

General Requirements:

• University degree in international trade, logistics or a similar department

• Minimum 2-3 years of international trade and logistics experience in automotive sector or warehouse operations

• Fluency in written and verbal English

• Good communication skills combined with customer oriented mind-set

• Result oriented personality 

• Good time management, prioritization and planning skills 

• Good command of MS Office applications

• Residence on the Anatolian side 

Job Description:

• Managing the import process including providing necessary documents to the customs,

• Achieving the goals of key performance indicators, reduce lead-time and costs to improve customer satisfaction,

• Keeping track of the pending daily and stock order balances,

• Taking responsibility and acting on the objectives of the Customer Service Department and Distribution Center,

• Developing the way of working by taking the initiative and preferably creating more effective solutions for Lean Culture (VPS) working style,

• Preparing order reports waiting for dealers for each line of business and responding to customer demands accordingly,

• Conducting the necessary communication with the central warehouses if the import process requires (payments, monthly meetings, IS/IT issues),

• Organizing and following up the monthly meetings with suppliers to improve processes,

• Following and reporting the deviations of the central warehouse.
