Votorantim Cimentos Turkey operates in the cement, concrete and aggregate business through Votorantim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Yibitaş Yozgat İşçi Birliği İnşaat Malzemeleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. and Votorantim Nakliyecilik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. The company has cement plants in Hasanoğlan-Ankara, Yozgat, Sivas, Samsun, Çorum and Nevşehir. In addition to this, it has concrete plants in Ankara, Cappadocia and Black Sea regions; and aggregates plants in Ankara-Lalahan and Kayseri-Bünyan.

Reporting to Country CFO and Regional Internal Audit Manager, Internal Auditor is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other related field,
• Minimum 5 years audit experience, big 4 qualified ideally,
• Relevant professional certifications is desirable (i.e. CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE),
• Fluent written and conversational English knowledge,
• Second language is desirable (Portuguese, French or Spanish),
• Knowledge in SOX, SAP, ACL,
• Teammate knowledge is a plus,
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally,
• Display fair judgment and decision making skills,
• Ability to develop an understanding of business processes, risks and controls, and apply auditing standards to assignments through practical application,
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team in an international environment.

Job Description:

• Ensures successful completion of assigned audit engagements on time which will provide work experience at international environments where the Company exists.
• Responsible for performing reviews in accordance with Internal Audit professional standards and operating rules.
• Manages and directs daily activities of more auditors assigned to assist the project.
• Applies risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered and identifies any potential issues.
• Communicates identified issues with Internal Audit Manager to ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
