To be worked in Head Office, Project Engineer / Chief is expected to have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering,
• Proficiency in English knowledge,
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project tools and SAP PM,
• Good command of technical project reading,
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and/or maintenance area in the cement sector or heavy industry,
• Good knowledge of products and manufacturing processes (if it's possible experience as cement plant engineer),
• Ensure optimum equipment reliability, availability and performance short, medium and long term at minimum cost,
• Monitor and prepare forecasts for investment budgets (yearly, monthly, adjustment) and performance,
• Good knowledge of problem-solving tools,
• Knowledge of general mechanical/electrical engineering and industrial automation,
• Knowledge of safety rules, laws and regulations,
• Experience in the development of quality management methods and TPM,
• Having B type driver’s license and being an active driver,
• No restrictions for travelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Within the framework of health and safety priority, company targets and strategies, being responsible for participation to feasibility studies of the investments, determination of the priorities, performance of all kinds of studies during projection and implementation phases of the investments and adaptation of the investments to the system, ensuring coordination and provision of technical assistance for the plants.
