What We Are Looking For

We are eager to welcome a team member as Human Resources Business Partner who will be assigned for conducting Human Resources operational tasks remotely for the plants in Head Office at Ankara.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree on related fields, master degree on Human Resources Management is a plus,
• Minimum 5 years of experience for the operations below;

                  o   Payroll and Social Security Practices,

                  o   Recruitment (especially for Blue Collar), Learning & Development, Career Planning, Performance Management,

                  o   Internal communication and industrial relations,

• Experience on Heavy Industry and/or Cement sector,
• Good knowledge of both MS Office and SAP,      
• Active driver with B segment driver license,
• No travel restriction,
• Good command of English language,
• No military obligation for male candidates.

What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for mainly conducting Payroll and Social Security Practices for the plant employees, Subcontract Management, Recruitment for the Blue Collar positions, Budget Management, keeping close contact with the Union representatives and supporting Learning & Development, Career Planning, Performance Management operations.
