Reporting to the International Business Unit Manager the professional will be responsible of global territory management for our Orthopedics division.

• +10 years of distributor management experience
• Perfect command of English
• MBA is a plus
• Highly persuasive individual with excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achievement
• No restriction to travel internationaly

• Generating new business via developing distributor network
• Increasing sales results via relationship building with current distributors
• Prioritise and plan according to target markets needs
• Pricing towards local market information and competition
• Gather information to analyse competitive landscape
• Prepares and presents monthly and quarterly reports
• Follows up marketing strategies established and effectively implements the new product launch plan
• Work in collaboration with Regulatory Department and follow up registration process
• Attend to local congresses to increase business contacts
• Organise product trainings to increase knowledge of distributor
• Analyse and propose sales model for high performance
