We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist for our plant in Tuzla.

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
• Min.3 year of experience in quality control
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance systems (preferably in a pharma company)
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Qmex (preferably)
• Effective planning and teamwork skills,
• Analytical thinking skills and result oriented attitude
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Residing in the Asian Side of Istanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Creating Quality Assurance systems and carrying out the planned studies for Quality Certificates.
• Coordination and adaptation of SOP’s required by the Quality Assurance System to related country.
• Management of the archive of all documents that must kept in accordance with the quality assurance system.
• Follow up updating of quality assurance system and making required information
• Coordination of outsourced services and following necessary actions
• Management and coordination of customer complaints registration, investigation, responses and finalizations with necessary actions.
• Ensuring conduct Change Control process..
• Coordination and follow up of custpmer demands and country requirements on quality issues.
• Preferably to support the preparation of regulatory files, updating the documents in the files.
• Conduct the necessary preparation process for certification audits and manage audits.
• Follow up and finalization of audit actions.
