W Istanbul is looking for "Sales Executive"!

  • University degree in Tourism and Hotel Management
  • Experienced in 5 star international chain hotels 
  • Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong command of Turkish & English in both
  • Computer skills and knowledge of computer programs, including a strong proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Sales & Catering, Opera
  • Excellent follow up 
  • Team player
  • No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

 Sales Executive;

  • Responsible for day-to-day operation of the individual bookings, Groups and event opportunities.
  • Responds to incoming group/catering/travel trade opportunities for the hotel.
  • Active sales visits out side of the hotel.
  • Identifies new group/catering/travel trade business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
  • Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
  • Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
  • Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for group/catering/travel trade sales opportunities.
  • Conducts site inspections.
  • Creates contracts as required.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Attends pre- and post-convention meetings to understand group needs, obtain feedback on quality of product (e.g., rooms, meeting facilities and equipment, food and beverage), service levels and overall satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate

Associate Degree(Graduate), Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
