Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist and a good team member, who will work in W2M Turkey in Antalya Headquarter

Our requirements for this position;

Bachelor degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Finance). 

•Minimum 3 years prior experience in a related position. (Finance, Travel Agencies & Incoming Agencies). 

•Strong accounting, financial, reporting and analytical skills. 

•Good knowledge of MS Office. 

•SAP FI experience is an asset.

•Good knowledge of English both verbal and written 

•Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 

•Locates or willing to locate in Antalya. 

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 

•Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow up skills. 

•Ability to work under time pressure and with strict deadlines. 

•Result oriented, good team player, well disciplined and well organized. 

•No obligation of military service for male candidates. 

Accounts Receivable Specialist responsibilities will be;

•Coordination and follow-up of envelope evaluation daily processes. 

•Entering the results into the system for issuing invoices. 

•Controlling of sales related internal department processes. 

•Monitoring agency statements periodically. 

•Responsible for maintaining day to day accounts receivables activities 

•Ensuring income invoices are records in compliant with Turkish accounting policies and rules 

•Reconciliation processes with 3rd party customers 

•Following up A/R for international and local customers by collaborating with the related operations team 

•Preparing statements and answering client inquires 

•Recording of Accounts Receivable invoices 

•Preparing AR ageing report 

•Reporting to Finance Manager
