Global Talent Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Global Talent Project Coordinator who will be responsible for the EMEA region talent management activities at our Sakarya Plant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree from a reputable university
• Min. 5 years professional experience in a similar position in automotive industry
• Experience on talent & project management process
• Fluent in English (Other European language as German, French etc. is an asset)
  
• Good command of MS Office applications
  
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Living or willing to live in Sakarya
• No restriction for travel in and out of Turkey

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design of and support people development and talent management programs and processes
  
• Conduct organizational assessments and provide data analysis and feedback
  
• Work closely with senior team members to coordinate and support with the implementation of TMPD processes and system implementations
  
• Support program launches such as; Performance Management, Succession Planning and 9 box exercise, etc.
  
• Collaborate and partner with HRBPs on cross-COE identified initiatives
  
• Support with Annual Talent Review cycle, developmental assessments, succession planning, performance cycle planning activities
